McLaren SLRs being fixed in Thailand

We just received news that McLaren Mercedes is flying a crew and gear over to thailand to fix the SLRs that had problems with the alternator. And just to insure the other ones are okay the other SLRs will be checked aswell. At the start of the Gumball there were a stunning 6 McLaren SLRs this year. I remember saying Lamborghini was the new Porsche this year the week before the rally, apparently I was wrong… SLR is the new Porsche this year!
