Only one day to go – on the 9 th of November ‘La Carrera Panamericana’ 2006 starts.

La Carrera Panamericana starts at Veracruz and finishes in Monterrey the 16th of November after racing through 3000 Km. Visiting Puebla, Querétaro, Morelia, Aguascalientes y Zacatecas.

The warm and friendly port of Veracruz will have another reason to be visited this year as it is now the meeting point to get the racecars ready as well as the starting point for the most renowned vintage auto racing event, La Carrera Panamericana.

Day 0 (Classification):

The activities will begin the first week of November in which the medical, technical and safety inspections will take place to be followed by the qualifyings on Thursday, November 9th from Xalcomulco to Carrizal and on Friday, November 10th in the stage Veracruz-Veracruz using the route described previously with the addition of Tlaltetecan-Totutla returning to the port of Veracruz. On Saturday, November 11th, the event will bid farewell to the port of Veracruz with the stage ending in Puebla, that is after visiting the traditional panamericana city: Tehuacan.
