Last Saturday we brought you our first batch of confirmed Gumball 2007 participants. In the meantime we found the first Bugatti Veyron entered in this years rally. Today we bring you another update with news on Team Gomes, Team 50 of Gumball 2006 and Team Aytac!
Team Latvia
Ainars Springis and Janis Bazevics are back with their BMW M6 for their second Gumball 3000. Team 50 of last years Gumball 3000 will be more serious this time now they now what to expect. They have done some training with their M6 as you can see in this video!
Team Aytac
This is Team Aytac from Istanbul, Turkey. They will be in the rally with a highly modified Ferrari 456GT. We look forward to the 456 GT when it’s fully rally prepared! Hakan Aytac told us they have a proffesional photoshoot scheduled somewhere in the next couple of days, so stay tuned for more photos and updates on Team Aytac.
Team Gomes Update
Here is the first picture of Uno Gomes’s Porsche 997 Turbo. It’s fitted with a Speedart exhaust for some additional performance (580 hp) and enhanced sound. Currently the car is getting wrapped and we really wonder what kind of suprises we can expect from Uno! He also showed us a little gadget he made for this years rally, a customized Gumball helmet:
