Gumball 2007 Daniel Craig drops the flag

We have reason to believe James Bond actor Daniel Craig a secret celebrity drops the flag at Pall Mall this Sunday. He will have a busy day, before sending off the 120 Gumball teams he will be part of the starting ceremony for the A1G race at Brands Hatch at 15.00. Then as the A1GP cars are racing, he will be helicoptered back to London to wave off the Gumball 3000.

Another bit of news this morning is that 5th gear presenter Jason Plato will drive the Irish A1 GP car at the start of the Gumball 3000. Fellow presenter Vicki Butler-Henderson has already had the opportunity to pick up some tips for her him as she took the A1 Team Ireland car for a spin at the RAF airfield in Cottesmore last week.
