‘Indiana Jones meets The Cannonball Run’

February 2008 will see the start of a new rally; the Bueller Cup. The Bueller Cup follows the tradition and spirit of adventure of the early races in the 1950’s that took place on the famous Pan American Highway. The Bueller Cup takes you from Panama to Cancun in Mexico while crossing mysterious territories and ancient cultures in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Belize. The route ensures for a great mix of amazing roads, adventure and the finer things in life.

The Bueller Cup is organised by Carlos Salinas, Alex Grimaldi and Nick Connor. They are experienced Gumball 3000, Bullrun and Mille Miglia veterans and aim to bring the glamour and adventure of road rallies to new and unexplored territory. The first edition of the Bueller Cup will be invite only and limited to 50 teams. The organisers revealed that twenty-two slots are already filled at the moment and among others include the following: a Robinson 44 Helicopter, Ferrari 360 Modena, Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, McLaren-Mercedes SLR, Lamborghini Gallardo and a Corvette Z06.

Bueller Cup 2008 Route

The Bueller Cup will start in Panama on the 23rd of February and finish 8 days later in Cancun, Mexico on the 1st of March. The entrance fee of 15.000 euro includes all luxury accommodations, meals, and special events during the 8 day rally, the Bueller Girls will also be present to spice up the parties at the overnight checkpoints.
