Spyker becoming Lithuanian?

Directors of the Dutch supercar producer Spyker, have confirmed they have had exclusive talks with the Lithuanian bank Snoras Group to help refinance and possibly sell a stake in the company. Spyker says that the Lithuanian bank Group is not the only possibility, the are several other potential investors and that no final decision had been made sofar.
Spyker has a lot of financial troubles and was forced to drop development plans for several new models. Next to that they had to sell its F1 team to help the turnaround rising. Officials are hopeful a deal will be reached with Snoras Group soon. Spyker expects an outcome within the next ten days.
Previous talks with Lichtenstein-based firm ACI have been dropped early.
