Spyker back alive

Spyker

The Dutch car manufacturer Spyker has signed an agree with the Lithuanian bank Snoras. The bank insures Spyker from new money and gets 30 % of the Spyker-shares.

Snoras is giving a loan of 6,34 milion euro. With this money Spyker will be able to pay their loan of 4,5 milion euro back to another bank. In exchange Snoras gets 2,3 milion shares each worth about 4 euro. No need to tell you this is about a giant amount of money.

Let’s hope we can see some stunning cars from Spyker soon!
