The end of Maybach?
By Steven on Mar 18, 2008 in Car News, Mercedes, Supercars

We all know that Maybach wasn’t aiming for production in large numbers, but that they wanted to stay this exclusive wasn’t an option either. In 2007 the luxery brand only sold 146 cars and that’s only 10 % of the aimed number. CEO, Dieter Zetsche, claims this as reason of the end of Maybach. The real reason might be the design and the success story of competitors Rolls Royce and Bentley. The next two years are crucial, when the results aren’t getting better fast, Maybach will cease to exist!
