Saleen S5S Raptor

Today is the official presentation of the Saleen S5S Raptor that was earlier presented as a concept. Together with the presentation, the guys from Saleen released some new pictures. The car is running on a 5.0 liter V8 with 650 bhp. With this power and some help of E85 bio-ethonol fuel the car sprints to 62 mph (100 kmh) in only 3.5 seconds.

A topspeed isn’t known yet but the 200 mph (300 kmh) will be reached and probably passed without problem! The estimated price is $ 185 000 (€ 119 800 - £ 93 300). This might be a serious competitor for the Lamborghin Gallardo, wherefrom a lot are cruising around in the USA!
