Loading ...Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera production ended
A year after introduction Lamborghini has ended the production of it’s lightweight Gallardo Superleggera. Over the past year Lamborghini build and delivered 172 Superleggera’s to the United States. Interesting fact are the colors the buyers picked for their Superleggera: 46 orange, 45 yellow, 37 black, 34 grey and 10 white.
When rounding up our Geneva Auto Show coverage last week we already mentioned the possible replacement of the Gallardo Superleggera. It’s certain there will be a new lightweight version of the new Lamborghini LP560 but when that will be released is still a big unknown. To put things into perspective, it was almost 4 years after the introduction of the Gallardo that Lamborghini introduced it’s special and lightweight Superleggera version. Hopefully we don’t have to wait 4 years to welcome a LP560 Superleggera version!

I absolutely love this car but as we all know good cars come and go and that means, for me, that we just have to wait to something even more impressive coming from Sant Agata!
