BMW M-Zero Concept

Earlier this year we came with the news that BMW is working on a V10 Twin Turbo. The BMW was rumoured to have 625 bhp and have a topspeed of 250 mph (400 kmh). Today we can show you this rather special looking concept car. BMW calls it the M-Zero. The designer, MaĂ«l Oberkampf, says it’s a combination of a DB9, R8 and the 6-series. If you ask us, BMW should consider this to inplant their V10 power source!

  • The Great Brettsky says:

I think it would look better with a solid full width tail-light. What I mean is fill the space between the current tailights with a solid light bar.

  • The Great Brettsky says:

Yeah a Z8 rear with thicker tail-lights (think 68 Charger or GT 500)
    would be alot better.

  • christafa says:

all of you guys are all wrong
nothing wrong with back its great
    maybe use just jealouse

  • Travis says:

So the front looks like a R8 , the body of a DB9 and the rear of a 6-series ? Yeap agreed .. They should change the lights at the back .

  • PX says:

DB9, R8 and the 6-series??? Where??? Anyway: nice concept car. But I agree with you, that the back needs a redesign.

  • trent says:

does BMW call it the M0 or the designer? as far as i’m aware this has nothing to do with BMW…? just some guy hacking out some drawings right?

  • Des says:

Agree, and the same goes for the square chrome air-intakes in front of the rear wheels, they just don’t match with the front of the car.

  • Steven V. says:

I have to agree there. I like the car but the back is ready for a bit re-designing :)

  • Now that really gets me interested. The only thing i don’t like is the finish on the rear lights. The rest of the car looks great from every angle.
