Spy Shots: Baby Maserati

A baby Maserati is being planned to target the Porsche 911, Jaguar XK and BMW 6-Series if rumours are to be believed. These spy shots are less than helpful in the grand scheme of things, however they do show the car to have a folding metal roof in the style of the Ferrari California. Auto Express, who originally posted the shots have produced a computer image of what they beieve the car could look like (above) with some ferrari-esque lines. Power is rumoured to be sourced from the same engine as the one that appears in the Gran Toursimo in a lower state of tune. Possibly due to be revealed in 2009 with a final price in the region of £60,000.
