Besides that it clearly looks like too much speed - in my opinion there is no such thing as losing control without being responsible for it. It´s alsways either a lack of skill or not driving according to the conditions.</description>

Sorry, but the reason he lost control over his car was because of speed. You can&#039;t clearly make out how much rain was pouring here, but he was obviously going way too fast. So yes, even here, the &quot;countries&quot; are right, speed was the reason of this accident.</description>
