The Porsche Cayenne hasn’t really changed much since it was introduced back in 2002. These pictures show what the 2010 refresh has in store for one of Porsche’s top selling models. The interior looks to be almost identical to the Porsche Panamera that we’ve shown before and the engines will probably remain the same except for the addition of a hybrid to the line up. Overall the shape of the mule looks to be more rounded and sporty in our opinion. These new shots are from Northern Sweden.
