A Bugatti in Monaco is no big deal nowadays. The place has one of the highest concentrations of wealth in Europe because of it’s notorious ‘tax haven’ status. This Bugatti Veyron is a little special however. It’s a ‘le mans’ special. We’re unclear as to whether this was modified by the factory or aftermarket, however we think it’s deserving of a place as our photo of the day! Picture credits to RGT3.
