SLS AMG flies to Mercedes-Benz Museum

The Mercedes-Benz Museum has a new attraction to show its audience until to the 16th of October. The new Mercedes SLS AMG Gullwing has landed 42 metres up on the museum’s roof terrace. Visitors can step into the new vehicle in an open-air setting.

The roof terrace of the Mercedes-Benz Museum is normally not open to visitors. So if you are planning to visit the Merc museum in Stuttgart, you can take a seat at a dizzy height and enjoy the grandstand view of the surrounding vineyards and the Mercedes-Benz Untertürkheim plant.

A 120-ton hydraulic crane and a team of specialists was used to place the car on the terrace. The video below shows you how they did it.
