Overkill: Chocolate Dipped Porsche 911

Porsche 911 Wrapped in Chocolate

As always, Christmas brings out a certain kind of festive spirit, even in the world of exotic cars. Whilst most dealerships would be offering reductions and decorating the showroom, Dutch dealership Porsche Centrum Gelderland decided to cover a brand new 911 Carrera S in chocolate. To ensure that the chocolate doesn’t melt the dealership have turned down the air conditioning to under 27 degrees Celsius.

175kg of milk chocolate was used to cover the cars surface. White chocolate marks the the headlights. To ensure that the car is not damaged in any way, the chef took the precaution of covering it in cling film.

It’s an innovative, if a little pointless, idea but were hoping it doesn’t catch on!
