Some of you had some thoughts that the Lancia Stratos images that surfaced last week were fake, but the guys at Car and Driver have revealed more information suggesting the opposite. They can even confirm new information about the Lancia Stratos’s return. Great!
They have learned from reliable sources involved with the project that the car pictured is in fact the work of famed designer Jason Castriota.
Secondly, the pictures which surfaced last week are real. They were taken at Fiat’s Balocco test track, according to the blog. A second image suggests even that the silver car in the picture above was photographed on the roof of the firm’s building in Turin. Car and Driver has its own theory which you can read here.
so in today;s world of so many amazing cars, who would buy that? seriously. look at it. it’d probably cost a fortune too.
