The official start of the Paris Motor Show 2010 is today. Until the 17th of October visitors can see the latest models and automotive novelties at the Portes de Versailles exhibition center in Paris. We made an overview of our highlights that we have seen during the press preview in Paris last Thursday and Friday.
Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Concept
One of our personal favorites of the Paris Motor Show 2010 is the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Concept. Made entirely out of ultra strong and weight saving materials like carbon fibre, the Sesto Elemento weighs only 999kg and comes equipped with a 5.0 liter V10 engine. The Ferrari 599 GTB is one of our favorite Ferrari’s, a true GT as we like them. Rumours of a spyder or convertible version have been widely spread ever since it’s introduction in 2006. Of course there is more to see: Lotus showed their complete line-up for the next five years. Audi fans will enjoy the Audi stand with the new Audi R8 GT, Audi R8 V8 Spyder, Audi E-Tron Spyder concept and many other fancy cars. At Porsche you will find more than just the 911 Speedster: The 911 Carrera GTS and GT2 RS are some of our other highlights there. Range Rover presented the RR Evoque which without a doubt will be a big success. Great job guys, really nice coverage of the event. My highlight was the MC stradale, now everyone will think:”Are you out of your mind?the sesto elemento was the coolest car!”actually i didnt like it,i worshiped lambos from the begging but this car has a terrible name, and its like a bad tuning company tried to make out of it a racing gallardo or reventon or both!And its back looks crap, like they forgot to design it.
