Official MTM R8 V10 Biturbo

MTM are back at Geneva this year with another tuned Audi R8 V10. This time around, the company from Wettstetten, Germany are offering a twin-turbo conversion pushing Audi’s R8 V10 to 777hp. The car features a unique chrome finish which is an one-off for the moment.

As already mentioned, the V10 now puts out 777hp. Torque is also up to 888Nm allowing a top speed of over 350km/h. 0-100km/h is expected in 3,0 seconds, 200km/h in 9,37 and 300km/h in just 19,42 seconds. The engine comes from the RS6 Biturbo previously presented by MTM. In that car, it proved itself to 362,5km/h at Nardo.

A coilover kit has been added to the car alongside 20 inch forged rims in the MTM Bimoto design. MTM brakes measuring 380x34mm with eight-piston calipers at the front and rear axle finish the handling tweaks.

Most people are likely to notice the stunning design at Geneva though. The paint of the R8 was completely removed and polished, with workers putting in over 700 working hours. Styling comes from carbon parts. An adjustable rear spoiler and a front lip improve the aerodynamics and stabilise the car. The interior leather finishes off MTM’s latest R8 project.

MTM reckon this car is worth over € 400,000. We’ll keep you updated when we see it at Geneva next week!
