Spyshots 2012 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible Facelift at The Nurburgring

The development and the release of 2012 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible Facelift is a logical step after the release of the coupe at the end of last year. The upgraded roofless luxury saloon was spotted at the worldfamous Nurburgring Nordschleife lapping the circuit during tests.

Like the coupe, the convertible will have similar design changes, such as a newly shaped body panels, a different front fascia and Mulsanne-inspired quad headlamps featuring inner lamps powered by xenon on low beam and LED on high beam. The rear has new sports squared off headlamps, new boot and a new rear bumper design with oval tail pipes.

On the technical side the convertible will share the 6.0 liter twin-turbocharged W12 engine with the coupe delivering 575hp and 700Nm of peak torque.

  1. That is not a 2012 GTC in the picture. It is a 2011 Supersports Convertible. The front end body does not have the changes associated with the New CGT.
