Despite Jeremy Clarkson’s well publicised criticism, the Mastretta is on track to build a hunderd MXT’s by the end of 2011. The Mexican company will then aim to double this figure for next year. The first production-ready car will be delivered at the end of July.
Mastretta will offer the 900kg car with a turbocharged 2.0 liter engine packing 240bhp and 184lb-ft of torque. The price tag is around £ 33,000.
