The latest BMW 1-Series M Coupe project comes from H&R who created their idea behind the Bavarian sports car and showcased it at SEMA 2011. The BMW 1M received upgrades limited to a few high-end performance parts; H&R suspension, BBS wheels, Brembo Big Brakes and Continental tires.
The H&R Sport Springs for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe lower approximately 1.2 inches front and 0.6 inches rear – eliminating the huge front tire and wheel gap, for a more homogeneous appearance. In addition to the H&R Sport Spring, H&R Sway Bars have been included front and rear. The new sway bars are 27mm front and 23mm rear.
H&R Trak+ Wheel Spacers space the wheels and tires in fender wells, and allow for wheel clearance of the big Brembo calipers. The BBS Super RS wheels measure 19Ă—9 inch front and 19Ă—10 inch rear. These wheels are fitted with Continental ExtremeContact DW tires, size 245/35ZR19 front, 265/35ZR19 rear.
The BMW 1M Coupe received a new Brembo GT 380mm Big Brake Kit front & rear with cross drilled rotors. Custom Motorsport Blue Calipers with white Brembo logos finish off the package.
