One of the many muscle cars on display at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show is the Ford Mustang Boss 302. It received its first outing towards the end of 2011 when Ford chose to released it at the Los Angeles Motor Show 2011. MotorAuthority snapped a few pictures of it yesterday so we thought we’d share them.

The 2013 Boss 302 and Boss Laguna Seca models feature new School Bus Yellow paint, honoring Parnelli Jones’ 1970 Trans-Am championship car prepared by Bud Moore. The Ford Mustang Boss 302 features a number of cosmetic upgrades including HID headlamps and LED-surround taillamps, a splitter, functional hood extractors, Ford SYNC and a new rear spoiler.

Take a look at the pictures, if you want more, you can find a complete gallery at MotorAuthority. More details are available in our earlier post.
