Nissan Juke-R at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012

The small but powerful Nissan Juke R is one of the guests at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012. The Juke R is a wolf in sheep’s clothing as it combines the body of a Juke hatchback with the drivetrain of the 2012/2013 Nissan GT-R sports car.

The original Nissan Juke-R was based on the 2010 model GT-R, which offered via the 3.8 liter engine 480hp and 588Nm of torque. Also taken from the GT-R is the six-speed transaxle, with the front and rear ends joined by a modified GT-R 4WD driveline and prop shaft. These tweaks enables the Juke R to sprint from standstill to 100km/h in 3.6 seconds.

Goodwood Festival of Speed More News

Nissan has confirmed production of 20 road-going units. These will pack even more power, bringing the total amount of horses up to 550, on par with the current 2012/2013 Nissan GT-R. The insane mini crossover will get a price tag of about $ 590,000 or € 450,000.
