German tuning firm Domanig recently modified a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series. It gets a performance upgrade as well as a new set of wheels and adjustments to the suspension system. According to company owner Wolfgang Domanig, the car rode too nervously on hard suspension, it’s now better thanks to the modifications!

The Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series offers a 6.3 liter V8 engine producing 517hp at 6,800rpm and 620Nm at 5,000rpm straight out of the factory. Domanig added new headers, a sport catalyst and a modified engine control unit to release an extra 83hp. That brings the total up to an even 600hp. Apparently the limiter remains at 320km/h.

The wheels are Domanig’s own design. They are a three-part design and feature a gloss black face with polished outer rims. The rims are wrapped in Dunlop Sport Maxx GT 265/30 and 305/25 tyres or semi-slick racing tyres on request. Finally, the suspension changes utilise a KW suspension kit which sits 25-30mm lower than the standard car.

Cosmetically, any chrome on the car was coloured black, including the exhaust. The center console also received a new red paintjob.
