Berlin-based car tuner TC Concepts presented a project dubbed “Titan Solution” based on a Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG. The conversion sees a pre-facelift R230 SL65 AMG gain styling cues from a facelifted model alongside performance enhancements and interior changes.

Engine power is increased to 670hp through the use of an upgraded engine electronic system complemented by metal catalysts and modified air filters. The body conversion is a facelift of the 2010 AMG model which includes a re-hood fender and a left front bumper side skirts.

AMG LED tail lights and facelift xenon headlights were also included along with a new rear spoiler and diffuser which both get a clear coat carbon fiber finish. The entire interior was rebuilt in the style of the outgoing 2010 facelift model. It now features materials such as Alcantara, nappa leather and perforated suede with silver nappa lining plus a special steering wheel.

The wheels are original AMG Black Series wheels sized 19×9.5 at the front and 20×11.5 at the rear. Wheel spacers are TC-Concepts and a lowering module reduces ride height by 60mm. The amazing exhaust sound was enhanced through TC-Concepts 2x76mm exhaust pipe cross section with original SL65 AMG tailpipes.
