The concept you see below was designed by Ondrej Jirec, a final year Transport Design student at the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California. It’s a Lamborghini concept, along the same lines as the Reventon. A hypercar designed to compete with cars like the Bugatti Veyron, the Aston Martin One-77 and the new Ferrari F70, among others. It’s called the Lamborghini Perdigón Concept.

The Lamborghini Perdigón Concept is inspired by the current jet fighter design language that Lamborghini employs. Cues come from the F117 Nighthawk, the Lockheed stealth ground-attack aircraft, and the F22 Raptor, Lockheed’s single seater fighter aircraft. Perhaps one of the most visible of those cues is the large air intake mounted just below the windscreen, designed to emulate a similar styling cue, found on the fighter jets.

Inside, the Lamborghini Perdigón Concept gets a futuristic cabin with a high-tech steering wheel and a digital display. It’s designed to be mid-engined and the air from the front intakes travels through the dash to cool the engine. Let us know what you think using the comments box below.
