British car tuner A. Kahn Design has released its upgraded tuning package for the 2012 Range Rover Sport. Based on the Range Rover Sport RS300, the new package dubbed “Vesuvius Edition” comes with new visual upgrades. The project succeeds the previous RS300 Cosworth Edition presented by Kahn last year.

Just like the name suggests, it comes in santorini black metallic combined with the Vesuvius orange tone and Kahn meticulously matched the RS600 Black wheels with orange pinstripe sizing 9.5×22 inches at the front axle and 10.5×22 inches at the rear axle. They come in soft organic surfaces on the edge of the spokes.

The RS-front grille with 3D mesh is the eye stunner together with a lower front bumper lip extension to match Kahn enamel wing shields, front wheel arch LED light strips, painted floating roof and bonnet stripe, door handles in matte grey and Kahn branding. The brake calipers are finished in Vesuvius orange, while the front wheel arches have integrated front air dams and RS vented. The exhaust side vents are in matte pearl grey.

The interior receives the RS Vesuvius style diamond quilted and perforated black leather with a Vesuvius orange trim. There is a new clock bezel surround finished with Swarovski diamonds and a Kahn Vesuvius speedometer. The foot pedals are vented in machined aluminum and door panel tops in quilted and perforated leather with orange stitching.

Kahn offers the Vesuvius Edition in a 3.0 SDV6 engine that delivers a total of 256hp and 442lb-ft at of torque at 4,000rpm and 2,000rpm respectively. It uses a ZF 8HP70 eight-speed automatic transmission and will do naught to 100km/h in 8.4 seconds.
