In August sports car builder Gumpert filed for insolvency. Over the past weeks several potential investors have been in contact with the curator, according to Dutch magazine AutoVisie. The curator had many discussions with these parties offering a solution to the problems. The final outcome of all the talks is that the future of the sports car brand is secured.

Unfortunately, there are no further details. The final decision on the future ownership of the manufacturer has been made this week. This particular investor will make a future plan, which includes the continuation of the brand Gumpert and its Apollo model line up.
