Video: Hennessey Venom GT 0-370km/h Acceleration

US specialist Hennessey Performance has released a new video featuring their Hennessey Venom GT supercar. In the videoclip below, the Lotus-based supercar rockets to 200km/h in less than eight seconds, 300km/h in less than 13.5 seconds and 370km/h in just under twenty seconds.
The model is powered by a twin turbocharged Chevrolet LS-series aluminum V8 producing 1,200hp and 1,135lb-ft torque mated to a six-speed Ricardo manual transaxle. The Venom is capable of hitting 100km/h in about 2.2 seconds. Top speed is 421km/h. Stopping the sports car? 15 inch, six-piston front, four-piston rear, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes are available at your command.

and yes i would like to see it on a track especially top gear track.
I did hear of a figure on top gear track but it’s a bit out there…. maybe.. 1:12.?? ………… ?????
That’s emitting a lot of gases on the first part/camera drive by ….. Sorry that’s the first thing I notice!
Lotus own new exige is probably the best bit of kit to buy now for value vs track playing plus it’s starting to be delivered too.
what’s the big deal with that. If I fit my bicycle with turbos, it will hit 0-1000kmh in 1 second.
