News regarding the Marussia B2 has been very quiet of late, so quiet in fact that we began to think the worst for the company. However, the brand’s only model, the B2 was recently spotted testing with light disguise suggesting that development of Russia’s only supercar is coming along nicely.

Images were released of the B2 in the flesh well over two-years ago and the fact that this prototype is camouflaged suggests that some slight exterior modifications have been undertaken for the production variant of the car.

It was reported back in May that all 500 units of the Marussia B2 had been sold despite no test drives or automotive reviews being conducted, suggesting that Marussia is either really persuasive in getting orders, people respect its involvement in Formula One, or the B2 simply looks stunning in the flesh.

Either way, the B2 is said to be offered with a choice of two Cosworth V6 engines. The entry-level model will come fitted with a 3.5 liter unit developing 300hp and 300lb-ft of torque, while the top-of-the-range B2 will feature a turbocharged 2.8 liter engine pumping out an impressive 420hp and 442lb-ft of torque.
