You are looking at the first official images of the Mercedes-Benz CLA, which leaked onto the internet ahead of the official debut in January. Following months of preliminary information and official spy photos, these are the first five pictures of the new CLA to be released at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show.
The CLA is a coupe-styled model based on the new A-Class measuring about 4.60 meters in length. It will be offered with three petrol engines and one diesel powerplant. The CLA 180 has 122hp, CLA 200 has 156hp, CLA 250 has 211hp and the CLA 220 CDI comes with 170hp. A range-topping A45 AMG is rumored to offer 335hp and will officially be shown at the IAA 2013 carshow in September.
The German carmaker will also offer the new model with a 4MATIC all-wheel drive system.
