The brand new Mercedes-Benz S-Class lineup, which is being developed under the internal working title W222 has been expanded to five models in three different bodystyles and wheelbase lengths.

To replace the Mercedes-Benz CL, the expansion also includes a new coupe model intended to compete with the Bentley Continental GT. It will get a more aggressive appearance by the use of a prominent drop line, a shorter rear overhang and a more rounded turret line.

Its premier will take place at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
