Ferrari 458 Italia and California
The 2013 Calgary International Auto and Truck Show presented one of the largest exhibitions of new cars and trucks in Western Canada and featured the latest and greatest in automotive technology. From Dodge to Lexus, Ferrari to Bugatti, the Calgary International Auto and Truck show had it all. ZR Auto was even present with their 1,500hp Lamborghini Gallardo Matodor fitted with a custom chrome wrap.

One of the highlights for show-goers was the ultra-rare Bugatti Veyron Vitesse with a price tag of $2.7 Million CAD. Currently there are only six Bugatti Veyrons in Canada, with the Vitesse on display being one of them. This black and red beast impressed attendees of the show as they marveled at the German boutique manufacturer’s piece of automotive art.

On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, Scion North America brought a drift-tuned FR-S to the event to showcase to potential buyers how far you can go when modifying a Scion. The drift racer drew a lot of attention at the show, making it one of the more memorable cars of the show.

Matte Black Lamborghini Aventador

We’ve all heard about the Lamborghini Aventador, and though it’s common throughout the United States, it’s rare to see one in the flesh in Canada. This matte black beauty was snapped up by a local dermatologist within the first few days of the show, leaving show-goers in awe that it would soon be joining them on the city’s streets. Some commented that it looked like a real-life Batmobile, while others drooled over the appealing lines of the car.
