Blancpain Endurance Series 2013: Lamborghini Claims Pole at Monza

The 2013 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo took the pole position in today’s opening session of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Series at the Monza circuit in Italy. Adrian Zaugg claimed the pole at Monza for the first race of the 2013 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Series season ahead of Andrea Amici and Leonardo Geraci.

Meanwhile, in the Blancpqin Endurance Series the team won the Silverstone round last year with Blancpain Racing a German racing and engineering team established in 1994 and are racing in the PRO-AM class. This year’s cars will include the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, Audi R8 V10, Ferrari 458, McLaren MP4-12C, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, Nissan GT-R and the Porsche 997 GT3.

Other than the highlight of the season which is always the 24 Hours of Spa set to take place in Belgium on July 28th 2013, Misano circuit will see a night race allowing fans to enjoy the cars under the light of the moon and stars.
