The Lamborghini Aventador LP720-4 50th Anniversario was unveiled at the ongoing Shanghai Auto Show 2013 and in a spectacular manner. It’s based on the 700hp Lamborghini Aventador and features the Bianco Opalis paint finish accompanied by a shimmering white. Other features include the carbon-fiber rear wing from the Gallardo Superleggera and the transparent engine cover. Also showing alongside it, is the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder in Grigio Telesto.
The special edition has the 50th anniversary emblem in the cockpit, The name of the paint is a reference to the month Lamborghini was founded: May 1963 and yellow was chosen because most Lamborghini’s in the 50 year history of the Italian company left the factory in yellow, more than any other color.
