BMW has officially taken the wraps off a brand new variant of the 7-Series specifically for the Japanese market with the launch of the 2014 BMW 7-Series V12 Bi-Turbo Special Edition.

The car will be available for the equivalent of $223,000 USD in Japan and features a selection of new components separating it from the ‘ordinary’ BMW 7-Series.

Most notably, the 2014 BMW 7-Series V12 Bi-Turbo Special Edition is outfitted with the M aerodynamic package and rolls on a unique set of 21-inch V-spoke alloy wheels.

The 2014 BMW 7-Series Bi-Turbo Special Edition then features dark chrome exhaust pipes and a black kidney-style front grille and in the cabin, changes include the Nappa leather, a 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system and ceramic finishes for the vents and iDrive controller.

Just 52 units of the 2014 BMW 7-Series Bi-Turbo Special Edition are pinned for production and they will be available until August before deliveries begin in December.
