Official: 2014 Subaru BRZ Premium Sports Edition

Both the Toyota GT86 and Subaru BRZ were designed to provide excellent driver feedback and involvement even if that was achieved through the removal of some creature comforts. In the end, the Subaru BRZ is a sports car and most enthusiasts can stand have a few less interior tech if it means more enjoyment on the road.

Despite this, Subaru has decided to release a more luxurious variant of the BRZ dubbed the Subaru BRZ Premium Sports Edition. Strictly limited for sale on Japan, the Subaru BRZ Premium Sports Edition features a host of interior changes to just add that little bit more luxury to the rear-wheel drive sports car.

The upgrades include a new two-tone black and tan leather interior, Alcantara trim around the gauge cluster, center console and throughout the interior surface of the doors. Additional interior changes found in the Subaru BRZ Premium Sports Edition include new aluminium pedals, some nice carbon fiber trim and black housings around the mirrors. Completing the changes to the Subaru BRZ Premium Sports Edition are a new set of 17-inch alloy wheels.
