Racing Solutions Announces 1500whp Twin-Turbo 2013 SRT Viper

For those not satisfied with the 640 hp produced by the standard 2013 SRT Viper, Racing Solutions has recently announced two new twin-turbo packages for the American supercar.

The first kit, dubbed the RSI Twin Turbo Race Systems package consists of a selection of performance modifications which see horsepower more than double when the car is running on race gas or E85 ethanol.

Standard 2013 SRT Viper

The 2013 SRT Viper by Racing Solutions includes two 72mm turbochargers, with 76mm turbos an option. It also includes 2 Tial MV-R wastegates, 2 Tial Q blow off valves, custom stainless turbo headers, stainless V-band turbo piping, intercooler and an RSI stainless steel exhaust system. All up, the SRT Viper by Racing Solutions promises to produce over 1000rwhp on regular 93 octane pump gas and over 1500rwhp on racing fuel. In order to deal with this increased power, a host of other upgrades also had to be done.

These include a multiple of other engine modifications from a new crankshaft to race pistons and racing bearings. Additionally, the race-spec twin-turbo system includes a new fuel system and a whole new drive train. In total, this will set you back just under $90,000.

Racing Solutions also offers a more street-oriented twin-turbo package which includes similar modifications albeit with smaller 62mm turbochargers. It can deliver of 1000 rwhp on 93 octane fuel and over 1100 rwhp on pump gas. It costs just under $45,000.
