BMW tuners, AC Schnitzer, have brought the AC Schnitzer BMW M6 Gran Coupé to the Essen Motor Show 2013! AC Schnitzer also offers the same improvements found on its BMW M6 Gran Coupe for the regular coupé and convertible M6 versions.

Under the hood, the AC Schnitzer BMW M6 Gran Coupé has been tuned to deliver an impressive 620 hp and 720 Nm of torque from its twin-turbocharged V8 engine. By comparison, the standard BMW M6 Gran Coupé ‘only’ produces 560 hp and 680 Nm of torque between 1,500 rpm and 5,750 rpm. AC Schnitzer then moved their attention to fitting a new set of springs which lower the ride height by 15 mm at the front and 25 mm at the rear.

Alongside these performance improvements, the AC Schnitzer BMW M6 Gran Coupé has also received some minor cosmetic changes which are immediately apparent in the flesh. They include a new carbon fiber front splitter, chromed front grille and a new carbon fiber rear diffuser.

Additionally, the interior has been tweaked with the addition of aluminium pedals and AC Schnitzer floor mats and an aluminium cover for the M6 Gran Coupe’s i-Drive system.
