BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe at the Geneva Motor Show 2014

The BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe is now showing live at the Geneva Motor Show 2014. The car will join the Coupe, Convertible and saloon to complete the current line-up and we think the car looks rather attractive thanks to its low and very raked roof line that looks much more dynamic and athletic that that of the 3-Series Gran Coupe.

The 4-Series Gran Coupé has exactly the same dimensions as the two-door coupé: a length of 4,638 millimeters, a width of 1,825 millimeters and a wheelbase of 2,810 millimeters. Up front, both models are identical and share the typical BMW design features such as the double-kidney grille, dual round headlights and the large air intake in the front apron.

The car will be launched with a mix of five petrol and diesel engines, the usual mix of fast yet frugal power plants that we are sure will suit the balance and purposeful looks of the cars exterior. The most exciting engine in the launch line-up will be the 435i, a six-cylinder in-line 3.0-liter petrol engine delivering 225 kW/306 hp. All engines feature BMW’s latest TwinPower Turbo technology.
