BMW M235i RS by Tuningwerk

Tuning company Tuningwerk have just unveiled their modified 2-Series dubbed the BMW M235i RS. Featuring a host of upgrades over the regular M235i, Tuningwerk’s creation is on an entirely different level both from a performance and a looks standpoint.

From a visuals standpoint, the BMW M235i RS by Tuningwerk features a new front splitter, beefed up side skirts, a blacked out front kidney grille, new rear diffuser as well as a prominent rear wing to increase downforce over the driven wheels. Furthermore, the car is rolling on Tuningwerk forged steel wheels measuring 18×8.5 at the front and weighing just 7.1 kg with Dunlop SportMaxx RT tyres in 235/40R18. At the rear, large 18×9 wheels have been fitted with fat 265/35 R18 tyres.

From a performance standpoint, Tuningwerk’s has fitted numerous upgrades. Most prominently, engine upgrades see power rise to an atmospheric 444 hp and 600 Nm of torque compared to the 322 hp of the standard BMW M235i. As a result, the car will hit 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds and complete a lap of the Hockenheimring in just 1 minute and 11 seconds!

Elsewhere, Tuningwerk also offers additional car stiffening by way of new struts. Braking is provided by Brembo 6 piston calipers at the front with 350×34 steel discs. The car also features a stainless steel axleback exhaust.
