2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Priced From $39k in U.S.

Just after official pricing for the new Mercedes-Benz GLA was revealed in the U.S, pricing details for the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class in the ‘States has just been released.

The entry-level model set to arrive on U.S. shores will be the rear wheel drive Mercedes-Benz C300. Its price starts at $38,400 but once you add the $925 delivery and destination charge, that rises up to $39,325. Interestingly, the two wheel drive C300 won’t be the first variant to arrive in the U.S. As a matter of fact, the first to set to reach the U.S. market will be the C300 4Matic and the C400 4Matic. The former starts at $41,325 and the C400 4Matic priced from $49,915 including the delivery and destination charge. Both of these versions will arrive in September this year.

Under the hood, both the Mercedes-Benz C300 and C300 4Matic feature a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing an equal 241 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque. By comparison the C400 4Matic makes use of a larger 3.0-litre biturbo V6 engine pumping out 329 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels. All three cars come standard with a 7G-Tronic Plus automatic transmission.

All of these models are very well equipped as standard. For example, the C400 4Matic comes with features like heated front seats, LED headlights, keyless-go, automatic headlights and Sirius satellite radio complemented with a Burmester surround sound system.
