The online configurator for the 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe has just been launched.

The configurator allows a selection of personalisation options with the three different trim levels of Luxury, Performance and Premium available. Some of the optional extras include a sunroof through to the advanced Driver Assist Package for an additional $3035.

Designed to rival the BMW 4-Series, the Cadillac ATS Coupe will get two engine choices from launch. The first is a 2.0 litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, upgraded from the current ATS sport sedan to deliver nearly 14 percent more torque. The figures are 272 horsepower with 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque. The second engine in the range is the 3.6 litre V6, rated at 321 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque (373 Nm). Both engines feature direct injection and dual overhead camshafts with continuously variable valve timing. Both engines feature a Hydra-Matic 6L45 six-speed automatic transmission with tap-shift control. A six-speed manual is also available with the 2.0L Turbo.

In terms of performance, the fastest Cadillac ATS Coupe is able to achieve an estimated 0-100 km/h time of 5.6 seconds. The suspension features five-link independent rear suspension featuring lightweight, high-strength steel and efficient straight link designs. It also gets a multi-link double-pivot MacPherson-strut front suspension with direct-acting stabiliser bar.
