Possible Audi RS Q7

Just a few days after the facelifted 2015 Audi Q7 was unveiled, X-Tomi Design has decided to render how the car could look if it was given the RS treatment.

Talk about a potential Audi RS Q7 being created has been around for a number of years but the car certainly doesn’t look likely to become a reality. If it was created however, the RS Q7 would inevitably rival the BMW X5 M and Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG.

To distinguish the Audi RS Q7 rendered from the regular Q7 range, X-Tomi has added a new bodykit incorporating more aggressive front and rear fascias, new badges, flared wheel arches and extended side skirts, sports wheels, a small roof spoiler and twin oval tailpipes.

Possible Audi RS Q7

As for the facelifted Audi Q7 generally, the biggest headline is the substantial diet it has been subjected to as it sheds 325 kilograms (716.5 lb) over the previous generation thanks to a new multi-material body and an all-new chassis which has helped keep weight down. 71 kilograms is lost from the body as the Q7 is shorter and narrower than its predecessor. The 3.0 litre diesel weighs just 1995 kg.
