This is Ferretti Yachts’ new offering; a 65 feet yacht inspired by the Ferretti 620 and the first of a new series below 70 feet. The yacht was developed through a cooperation between Product Strategy Committee, Ferretti Group’s Marketing Department, Advanced Yachts Technology & Design, and Studio Zuccon International Project all of which have earned their rightful places in the world of superyachts.
The striking piece on the new Ferretti 650 is the renovated design profile, starting with the new fibreglass featuring decorative elements and an aerodynamic flybridge on the outer silhouette. There is also an additional living room courtesy of a new tender lift that can lower a 3-meter long tender into the water.
In addition to this new 65-footer yacht, Ferretti is offering a special series called the “TaiHe Dian” edition. This particular edition is dedicated to business and entertainment and built for select markets within the Asia-Pacific region. It differs from the standard Ferretti 650 in that the galley is located on the lower deck. The yacht is powered by a pair of CAT C18 engines provided by Caterpillar and is capable of cruising at a maximum speed of 30 knots.
Ferretti Yachts is part of the larger Ferretti Group which owns a series of other yacht brands including Custom Line, Pershing, Itama, Riva, Bertram, Mochi Craft and CRN. The group has manufacturing operations in Italy, USA, Brazil and China.
