2015 Ford Mustang

The European pricing guide for the 2015 Ford Mustang has just leaked online and as expected, European bound Mustangs will come at quite a premium over locally delivered models.

Interestingly, only two of the three engines offered for the sixth-generation in the United States are available in Europe. They are the mid-range 2.3-litre four-cylinder turbocharged EcoBoost engine delivering a total of 314 hp and 433 Nm of torque and the 5.0-litre V8 which pumps out 412 hp. That figure is slightly down on the 435 hp managed by the V8 in the U.S.

For the entry-level, EcoBoost powered Mustang, it will reportedly set European customers back a minimum of 34,000 euros in Germany which equates to just over $41k in the U.S. By comparison, this Mustang model costs $25,300 in the U.S.

As for the range-topping, Coyote V8 model, it will cost from 39,000 euros which is about $15,000 more than U.S. customers have to pay. If Ford Mustang players want a convertible in favour of the fastback, an extra 4000 euros will have to be spent.
