Some purists say that the Veyron, for all it’s thousands of development hours, should not be touched by the tuning world. A Bugatti in Monaco is no big deal nowadays. The place has one of the highest concentrations of wealth in Europe because of it’s notorious ‘tax haven’ status. This Bugatti Veyron is a little special however. It’s a ‘le mans’ special. Neighbours of Paris Hilton’s boyfriend ended up having to call out the LA police force after a party she attended got out of hand. Paris was allegedly questioned in connection to the egging and keying of half a dozen exotic cars down the road. The list included two Bentley’s, two Maserati’s and a Bugatti Veyron!

These pictures show that the parking rules in Hviezdoslavovo Square in the Slovakian capital, Bratislava apply to everyone. The car belongs to Zoroslav Kollar, a businessman and attorney. It seems the car had been left there for a while as the spotter was able to take ‘before and after’ pictures.
