Blastolene B-702

This stunning supercar is not an all-day view and probably one of the nicest creations this year! The Blastolene B-702 is a handmade supercar with a aluminium body-kit, glass grill and several wooden parts. Under the hood is a giant V12 from GMC origine with an output of 880 Nm of torque together with 810 bhp. Total weight is only 2,000 kg and the car is 6 meter (20 feet) long. Only one of these will be made and that one is yet sold for $ 475,000 (€ 290,800 - £ 228,000)…
Lamborghini Ferruccio

Again a new Lamborghini will most of us think, but as far as we know that’s never a bad thing to read about. But this time a Lamborghini that will stay a little longer unborn due to a lack of of orders, only 3. The design is done by Italian coachbuilder Magvisio and is impressive. The project is called “Ferruccio” and is a rebodied Murcielago LP640 that would have been faster than any current car wearing the Lamborghini badge, with a claimed top speed of 230mph (368 kmh).
Mercedes-Benz SLC

It’s no secret that Mercedes-Benz and its performance divisions AMG and HWA are planning to release several new models in the coming years including a high-performance coupe said to replace the outgoing SLR and compete SL Black Series from AMG. Almost nothing is known on this car except then it will have a long nose and a lot of power. MotorAuthority claims it’ll be called the SLC and that it will runn on the same 6.2 liter V8 that sits in the Black Series SL. The output will be around 670 bhp.
Aston Martin Rapide Testing on Nürburgring

With the car being spotted more and more around the Nürburgring, MotorAuthority managed to make a nice video of the car testing. The details of the car stay unclear at the moment but recent speculation suggests that the car could get power from a V12 pushing out approximately 480 bhp (358 kW/487 PS) which could potentially push the luxury sedan to 62 mph (100 kmh) in 5.5 seconds. The sound coming out of the exhaust pipes and the engine is promissing a lot! Enjoy the video after the jump!

We reported earlier about one of the most exclusive carshows, the Concorso d’Eleganza at Villa d’Este, a place where all car makers show their best in concepts. BMW brought something very special with the M1 Homage, created to celibrate the M1’s 30th birthday. Audi RS6 Commercial
Friday, April 11th, 2008Audi UK had create a new commercial for the new Audi RS6 called Gymnasts. According to Audi the first Audi RS6 Avant’s will be delivered to their customers this month. Just to refresh your memory: the twinturbo 5 liter V10 in the RS6 delivers 580 bhp and that’s enough for a top speed of just over 300 km/h.

Ferrari 599 GTB vs F40

This is a nice clash between two Italian icons, the Ferrari 599 GTB and the Ferrari F40. The 599 runns on a 6 liter V12, derived directly from the Enzo, which produces no less than 620 bhp. The competitor in this movie is the more than stunning 478 bhp strong Ferrari F40. The supersportscar made in 1987 was the last Ferrari built under direct overview of Enzo Ferrari. With a topspeed of 202 mph (324 kmh) and a 0 - 62 mph (100 kmh) time of 4 seconds the F40 was the fastest production car back in the eightties. With the winterseason running at it’s end, the guys from Auto Motor und Sport came up with the idea of doing a nice snow test. They took 3 of the best four-wheel drive cars out on very snowy roads. They tried to find out if Porsche could keep-up with or even break the perfect driving skills of a Lamborghini Gallardo and a Audi RS4: Stuttgart vs Ingolstad/Sant’Agata Bolognese. GT-R vs 977 Turbo vs ZO6

Nissan has just started with the delivery of the first GT-R’s. This car is a new competitor on the market for Porsche. It’s nothing new when we say the GT-R is a serious competitor for the Turbo that had several hard-times to keep up with the Japanese racer. G-Power Hurricane BMW M5 in Action

Last November we presented you the BMW M5 tuned by G-power. They called it the Hurricane M5 and that is an applicable name when you know it has 730 bhp and a topspeed of 255 mph (360 kmh). Alfa Romeo 8C Spider: promo video

Alfa Romeo presented it’s latest sensation in Geneva, the 8C Spider. Only 500 pieces will be made and if we believe what we hear they are all sold-out yet. The spider is the top-less version of the hot coupé wherefrom the first pieces are driving around now. The spider is running on the same 4.7 liter V8 450 bhp and 480 Nm of torque strong engine.
